Calling all Developers: Enter #shyftHACK Game Hackathon

On September 11, we invite all blockchain developers in the GTA to join us for a half-day #shyftHACK hackathon, led by the one and only Chris Forrester, Shyft CTO.
We had a lot of fun hosting an online hackathon with Blockgeeks and Bounty One, and we’re very excited to host our first offline event. This time, we’re inviting you to #shyftHACK held at the Creative Destruction Lab at U of T.
Come and build cool stuff, meet great people from Toronto’s Blockchain scene, and win great prizes.
CHALLENGE & PRIZES
Build a cool gamer score infrastructure incorporating Shyft’s creditability score and attestation layer. We’re looking for solutions that are creative. Bonus points for ones that allow interoperability between games!
- 1st place — $1500 in ETH, 500 SHYFT Tokens, & 2-year access to Blockgeeks
- 2nd place — $500 in ETH and 500 SHYFT Tokens

WHO CAN HACK?
This hackathon is exclusively for developers who fit the following criteria:
- Intermediate to advanced
- Understand how to set up a developer environment
- Language: Solidity
- Ability to run a test version
SUBMISSIONS
Submissions should include a set of smart contracts that utilize the ERC-721 (non-fungible token) interface for any in-game items that would be associated to the gamer-score (like badges); a set of smart contracts that work with the Shyft attestation layer to provide a gamerscore/attribution connector; the front-end and UX; and user stories.
