Since 2020, I’ve always seen ONE key difference between those who make money online and those who don’t. I’m not talking about Instagrammers and visual creators but writers and solopreneurs.
Hard truth: most LinkedIn or X creators with thousands and even 6-digit followers don’t make money online.
Or they make peanuts.
Basically — they’ll never be able to do this full-time.
And when you see these people, there’s a clear trend between them and those who make real money online.
No more suspense — it’s called having a newsletter.

3 reasons you need a newsletter
- This is the only audience you own: no matter how large your following is online, the algorithm decides who sees your content, and you have no control over it. Some days, LinkedIn shows my content to 200K people, some days only 20K. Even though I have 225K followers!
Think about it — why should a platform control who sees your work?
