Since the pandemic, many CABs have switched from mainly giving face-to-face advice to mainly giving remote advice. When giving advice remotely, getting documents signed (especially 3rd party mandates) is a persistent pain. Some CABs use Signable or similar software. Could this be rolled out across the network?

We are exploring what the best solution would be. Are there any unusual wrinkles in the ways that a CAB might use this software? As such, we’d like to hear more about how you deal with getting documents signed. If you have 2 minutes, we’d love your thoughts in this survey.
