The New Year’s Book Hunt event is now live! Join us from December 28 to January 18 at 00:00 UTC for an incredible journey on Nidum Central Station, during which players will have the opportunity to win extraordinary New Year prizes!
Event Dates: December 28 2023 — January 18 2024
During the event, you need to collect 25 parts to assemble the Sidus Book — a powerful gadget. Heroes equipped with it gain bonus stats:
- +10% Resistance (all types)
- +10% Critical Chance
- Increased combat and economic experience (coming soon)
The New Year’s Book Hunt is open to all Nidum users but only the fastest 10 participants to assemble the Sidus Book will receive these jaw-dropping rewards:
- A hard copy of ‘Sidus: First of His Kind’ (Book 1)
- An exclusive SIDUS HEROES T-shirt

How to join the New Year’s Book Hunt
If you want to compete for the rewards, start by registering for the event.

Act swiftly, as the form closes on January 19 2024. Remember, only those who complete the form in full will be able to receive these fantastic prizes — we need your details for delivering you rewards!
If a participant makes the Top 10 but fails to provide all the necessary information, the next in line will seize their prize.
Collecting parts
The path to victory involves completing various activities in order to acquire 25 Sidus Book parts. Parts are only available during the event. Once the hunt is over, these parts can be only bought from other players via the Marketplace module.
Arena Battles
Engage in thrilling arena battles to secure parts 1–10 of the book. You have a 1% chance of obtaining any random part.
Daily Ratings
Get into the Top 10 Daily Ratings to claim parts 11–16. Parts alternate every day.
The Deposit Ratings are an alternative way to battles to get parts 1–10. Rewards change every day:
New Year Boxes
Crack open some New Year Boxes for a chance to obtain parts 17–21. This new item can be found in the Store. Any user can buy as many New Year Boxes as they like but the boxes will be removed when the event concludes.
What’s inside:
Staking 5.0
Participate in Staking 5.0 to receive the final book parts — 22–25. After every deposit, you’ll receive a Staking box containing one random part, with a 25% drop chance.
Assembling the Sidus Book
Once you’ve collected all 25 book parts, you’re ready to embark on the final leg of your journey — assembling the Sidus Book:
- Go to your Inventory
- Select any part and click “to Assembly”
- If you have all 25 parts, you can assembly the Sidus Book
After 5 minutes, you will receive a gadget that unlocks incredible benefits, including: +10% Resistance (all the types), +10% Critical Chance and increased combat and economic experience (coming soon), making your Hero bulletproof!
After the event conclusion, you will be able to utilize the extra parts for benefits — stay tuned for more details.
