The Loudest Cyber-Party of 2022! Grand RTS Xenna Launch in Dubai!
On December 14 in Dubai, the grand presentation of the second SIDUS Metaverse game — RTS Battle Royale Xenna — took place. The offline event saw many guests, including large VC foundations, esports athletes, game developers, and journalists. The highlight of the event was the first Xenna tournament in which gaming NFTs with a total value of $100,000 were drawn! For those who couldn’t attend the event in person, it was streamed live.
Emotions gone wild!
We have been preparing for this event for a long time and were very worried, because presenting a game offline is not at all the same as doing it online! We had no room for mistakes, because our reputation, expensive prizes, and the future of the whole game was at stake. But we did it! We will never forget this evening or our many guests! We have already received a lot of feedback from them with hints that they would be happy to come to our next presentation! It’s hard to convey how happy we are to hear positive feedback for this event!
The gathering of guests began a few hours before the event, so they had enough time to get acquainted with the project and have fun in the photo zones, where they had the opportunity to plunge into intergalactic adventures and universal discoveries.
The magnificent hall suited the intergalactic theme, looking like a spaceship flying through the cosmic void. Even the guests themselves resembled the first astronauts! The event began with a greeting from the SIDUS team including CEO Bogdan Khomenko and Game Producer Roman Povolotski. Bogdan presented the guests with a detailed visual display of the new game, and spoke about the features of the project.
Xenna is developed by Cyber Games, but published by SIDUS GATES, a game publisher that provides indie and mid-range developers with access to a user base, marketing, and development tools. All SIDUS metaverse games share a common lore and tokens, and are based on a unique module economy, which is now patented by leading UAE intellectual property consulting firms.
Among the guests of the evening were Gareth Fenney from Owl Ventures, Jei Rahman from Sheesha Finance, Deeban Ratneswaran from GD10 Capital, Zamin Jaleel from KubeVC, Abdelrahman Mohamed from MetaCon Global, Snow Lei from LOL Capital, Belinda Zhou from Sharding Company, Jerome Cle from Tamanoir Group, Andres Meneses from Crypto OGs, Juan Perez from The Luxury Network, and many others. A total of 200 guests witnessed this epic evening!
First Xenna Tournament // 3 Legendary NFTs worth $100,000 drawn among guests
After the presentation and a standing ovation, we finally got to the main event of the evening: first Xenna tournament, in which anyone could participate. You just had to write your name on a piece of paper and throw it into a drum. 3 tournaments for 10 people, each of which was attended by both world esports stars and representatives of investment funds. To the surprise of the spectators and the audience, it was ordinary people who took all the prizes in the tournament over the esports stars, proving once again that Xenna is designed primarily for the players.
“We conceived this event to loudly declare Xenna to the whole world, because Xenna is a game for everyone,” said SIDUS CEO Dan Khomenko. “We wanted to not only make a holiday for the guests in the hall, but of course for the entire cyber community. This is the first but not the last such launch of a SIDUS metaverse game. In just a few months we are planning to release our next project, and it will certainly launch just as loud, if not louder!”
Offline is not the limit!
A special atmosphere was created for the viewers of the live broadcast of the launch, who were given a unique opportunity to win many gifts, the most valuable of which were NFT heroes to enter the game. The three-hour broadcast held the attention of all the online viewers, who took part in the contests with pleasure, commented on what was happening, and also became the first Xenna testers.
The game has several months of closed and open beta testing ahead, and you can become a member by purchasing one of the 6,500 NFTs! It is worth noting that any NFT of the metaverse makes it possible to play any game of the ecosystem!
