Public Token Sale and BetaNet Delay
We announced a delay of the public sale for Rowan, Sifchain’s native token, on 3 February 2021. This unexpected delay is expected to last only a handful of days, allowing our team to make necessary improvements before making our first impression (e.g. gas limit to avoid gas bidding war). We will notify all community members and token sale registrants at least 24 hours before the public token sale opens.
Using Your Tokens in BetaNet
Holders of Rowan can utilize their holdings in the Sifchain network. Rowan is a gift that keeps on giving. Early adopters are incentivized to hold rather than sell, since they can profit from their tokens with the growth of Sifchain’s community and network (e.g. more cross-chain trading and trading volume on our decentralized exchange).
Rowan’s utility value exists from the day that BetaNet goes live, which is the same day as our public token sale. Our team has been working around the clock to make sure purchasers can buy with minimal impact from Ethereum gas fee wars. We apologize for the delay.
