Our social media channels will explore the evolution of martial arts techniques, from their origins with Kung Fu Masters to their current forms in UFC fights and military combat training.
In our first week, we will focus on techniques found in the book “Snake Cat Crane” by Sifu Leung Wing Hang, a renowned Kung fu teacher, film director, and traditional Chinese medical practitioner. We will examine how these techniques are similar to those used by George Saint Pierre and Michael Venom Page in their UFC bouts.
