Sigma by Hydra X collaborates with Alpha Vantage
Singapore, 8 April — Singapore-headquartered financial technology company Hydra X has entered into a collaboration with U.S.-based Alpha Vantage, a leading provider of free APIs for realtime and historical data on stocks, forex (FX), and digital/crypto currencies.
The partnership will integrate Alpha Vantage’s data feeds with Sigma, an advanced multi-asset and multi-venue trading platform by Hydra X. With the integration, Sigma users are able to seamlessly view Alpha Vantage’s data on the Sigma platform once they log into their accounts.
With the partnership, Sigma users will have free access to data including those from major markets such as NASDAQ, NYSE, HKEX, SGX, various forex currency pairs and more. This is in addition to the live crypto price data from major digital asset exchanges such as Binance, Coinbase, Poloniex and more which Sigma users can access for free on Sigma.

As part of the collaboration, users who sign up for beta access to Sigma will receive a free enhanced API key (whilst supply lasts) which allows for an increased API call volume over Alpha Vantage’s usual basic tier.
