Hollis Moore

“I’ve found my tribe” were the first words I heard Hollis Moore say as she stood up in front of the crowd at the Denver Brain Crawl 2017. Hollis, we feel the exact same way about you. Welcome to the Open Labs ‘tribe’.

My co-founder, Lance Powers, and I spent the last year building a community of brain health advocates with the goal of turning it over to the membership at our one year anniversary. This May marks that one year anniversary, and I could not be more proud to pass the reigns our community of neurodivergent leaders and their allies, with Hollis Moore as Community Manager.

As a both a parent of a neurodivergent child and family member to others with conditions, Hollis understands the importance of being open and the impact it can make on the lives of not only people with brain conditions, but also their loved ones. She is entrepreneurial by nature and undoubtedly has what it takes to not just manage this community, but also help it grow and thrive.

With expansion of the Open Labs’ Brain Crawl to Seattle on the horizon, Hollis will support the membership in Colorado and serve as a source of knowledge for new communities looking to replicate the Open Labs model.
