Why Run The Play

To align on the business priorities that should drive the next round of Plays.

What Is Done

Step 1

Senior management agrees on the business priorities before the meeting. This ensures the next wave of time and effort is focused on the most valuable areas of the business. Business priorities shift and change, and so this is a critical step to ensure that efforts remain high impact.

Step 2

Senior management and Leads meet using a kanban board of Plays. Each Play ‘in progress’ is discussed and status updates are given. The next round of Plays is then decided, and allocated depending on the capacity of the group. Each Play is given a detailed list of actions and a definition of done.
