Signal Sciences Named a 2018 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Web Application Firewalls
Signal Sciences is excited to announce that we have been recognized as a 2018 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Web Application Firewalls. This distinction is based on feedback and ratings from end-user professionals who have experienced purchasing, implementing and/or using Signal Sciences as their WAF and RASP solution of choice. Our team at Signal Sciences takes great pride in this distinction, as customer feedback continues to shape our products and services. In its announcement, Gartner explains, “The Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice is a recognition of vendors in this market by verified end-user professionals, taking into account both the number of reviews and the overall user ratings.” To ensure fair evaluation, Gartner maintains rigorous criteria for recognizing vendors with a high customer satisfaction rate.
Although the Gartner Peer Insights program has existed since 2015, this is the first year Gartner has compiled a list of WAF vendors. The list represents the vendor products that customers value most in our market. As of December 13, 2018, Signal Sciences has a 5 out of 5 stars ranking!
We believe the Gartner Peer Insights Customer Choice truly reflects our customers’ voices as this distinction is fully based on customer-submitted reviews. Within these reviews, our customers speak to the efficacy of our technology and our team’s overall customer-centric attitude and professionalism. We also believe that to be included in this list is especially gratifying because it highlights the positive experiences Signal Sciences customers are having with our web application and API protection offering. Our customers turn to us because they need an appsec tool with a broader feature set that includes bot mitigation and reducing false positives, while securing their web application and mobile APIs. For this distinction, a vendor must have a minimum of 50 published reviews with an average overall rating of 4.2 stars or higher.
