Label Introduction: Sub Audio Records
With an ever-growing interest in Signalfire’s services comes a growing list of (inter)national clients. We’ve been working with loads of new talents, imprints and brands that take part in the evolving music industry. With this said, we’re happy to introduce you to our new client Sub Audio Records, a record label based in Vienna, Austria.
The label, run by the producer Gnischrew, is ready for releasing their first physical and digital release catalogued as ‘SUBA001’ — a catalogue prefix you’ll come across often in the future. After months of planning and preparations, it emerges out of the thriving viennese bass music scene — dedicated to the underground — disregarding hype for the sake of hype.
The two-track EP consisting of ‘Transmission Failure’ backed by ‘Fluid Foundation’ reveals Gnischrew’s own take on bass music. Being released on 12" vinyl and digital will allow anyone to take part in the Sub Audio Records experience. If you’re in for forward-thinking bass music, this will be one of the record labels to keep an eye on!
