An efficient system to record, monitor and tune expenditure in large corporations at both macro and micro levels.
The following screens show the reports module of the AIM&DRIVE system. Reports have restrictions based on the type of user accessing them. The following shows an example of a super admin accessing reports of multiple organizations through his/her summary dashboard.
When a summary card is clicked upon, it leads the user to a more granular summary of the project, filtered for a selected time range, in this case, a period of 30 days. Within this page are tabs to see similar summaries for various kinds of parameters or metrics. The tabular summary at the bottom shows the best and the worst expenditure events recorded at any level relevant to the selected filters, along with textual reports logged by the field personnel at that level.
Upon diving further into the summary, the user can see the full detailed graphical report for specific streams or processes involving expenditure or other financial events such as sales, revenue generation etc. alongside some other key parameters such as safety, diversity and satisfaction. Each report can then be filtered by time range for reading trends.
Charts of several types are used to present different kinds of information, each one disbursing glanceable insights that aid in making quick decisions. The other patented modules, not shown here, help corporations in algorithmically and mathematically defining their processes and cost cutting strategies, which can then be monitored using a trove of reports, similar to the ones shown above.
