Disney Drop Pewdiepie
Disney have dropped Felix Kjellberg, aka YouTube superstar Pewdiepie from their Maker Studios.
Felix Pie was dropped hot, after a Wall Street Journal investigation uncovered a silly string of anti-Semitic jokes and themes in his videos.
When asked about the move to drop Pew D Kjellberg, Disney spokesman Michael Jwi said “have you seen those videos? They’re terrible. I have no idea what is going on in them. Maybe it is meant to be an art piece commenting on how so many gamers cling tight to man-child personas?” and clarified that Disney was currently pouring all of their man-child energy into Marvel and Star Wars, and Pewdiepie fit into neither extended universe.
When Silent Protagonist specifically asked about the anti-Semitic commentary, the spokesman squinted at this reporter, and started mouthing “that stuff is fiiiiinenobadorgoodmaybe?" looking hard for our reaction before settling on “that’s bad. Captain America wouldn’t stand for that”.
