Last week, Phil Spencer set Twitter alight with a screenshot of Phantom Dust, a game that the world assumed to be vapourware after it never materialised following its announcement at E3 2014. After its second announcement at E3 2016, the world still assumed it was vapourware, because that’s what happens to Xbox exclusives these days.
