Olympus DAO enters the Silent Protocol Ecosystem
We’re happy to reveal that Olympus DAO is getting deployed as a 0dapp in the Silent Protocol ecosystem.
We are very glad to announce that Silent Protocol is getting integrated into the Olympus DAO ecosystem. After AAVE, Olympus is the second protocol that becomes a part of the privacy preserving ecosystem, built by Silent Protocol.
With this integration Silent Protocol is able to support the vision of Olympus, which is to become the currency of DeFi. Olympus Dao has successfully bootstrapped itself till now through its high apy growth phase and has built out its DAO, Monetary Policy and its treasury.
However now it’s time for the next phase of Olympus DAO. Through its V3 Olympus is making its OHM modular, bringing a range bound stability system, making OHM cross-chain and finally going past the high APY (3,3) meme.
Evolving its product from just being a high staking token to become a protocol for DeFI. A protocol that has the ability to inject liquidity into the market through AMOs, Money Markets etc and create a booming on-chain boom economy. Olympus aims to become the most liquid source of value exchange and become a cornerstone of DEFI.
However to become a cornerstone, an ideal Currency and a platform for web3 Olympus DAO also needs privacy. This is where Silent Protocol comes in. Silent allows users and OHM holders to interact with the Olympus DAO ecosystem in a privacy preserving manner. This allows DeFi to get started at par with traditional finance.
After what happened with FTX last year, DeFI has a new found interest and meaning and Olympus Dao is right now on a mission to create a platform and a currency for DEFI and is taking enormous strides.
