Developing The Ethereum Brand
Last year set the stage in the evolution of Ethereum for the brand to extend it leadership in 2018. One measure of this is the February 2017 creation of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA). The idea was to connect Fortune 500 companies to Ethereum experts.
After less than a year, the membership totals over 300. This includes corporations from industries like medical devices, energy, supply chains finance and technology.
Already progress of the group can be measured in the formation in November of three additional key working groups covering energy consumption, multiplatform interoperability and user identity. This brings to 17 the total dedicated groups.
One group to keep close watch is the Multiplatform Working Group, which is aiming to expand the availability of the Ethereum platform to all operating systems and hardware thus promoting universal adoption.
2018 Could Be Big For Daaps
