Location, Location, What Location?

Since the beginning of time wars have been won and lost over the issue of land: who owns it, precisely where it is and even what it can be used for.

According to Chris Sheldrick of What3Words.com, there are latterly billions of people in the world in locations with literally no address, not even a street listed on Google Maps.

Recently Chris and his team made a giant step forward by dividing the world into a giant grid consisting of billions of small squares. Using a unique three-word combination of the same 40,000 words, they assigned an address to each square.

Kudos to Chris and his team but that doesn’t solve the mystery of ownership or the precise measurement of real property. And then there is the question of what happens when property ownership changes.

We are trying to illustrate what a complex mess the world of land, location and real estate is in. It is necessary to take this approach because; most Americans have only limited experience with this issue. The founders of SilentNotary began addressing this very issue a long while ago.

SilentNotary Creating Land Records That Work

SilentNotary combines Ethereum blockchain technology to create a permanent unalterable record of things like property location, ownership and transfer of ownership. It is a living record of a transaction including voice, video, digital records, literally ever step in the history of a piece of land and any property it contains.

The Uniqueness of SilentNotary

The use of blockchain technology is rapidly gaining traction globally. SilentNotary adds it own uniqueness in several key ways. It starts with maximum accessibility. Users can reach their personal or corporate SilentNotary accounts everywhere including mobile apps for iOS and Android.

They can communicate with Chat-bots for Telegram, Facebook and WeChat that facilitate real-time video and audio recordings that use our LightStamp technology. This gives access to the secure Notary Vault for all certified content.

SilentNotary.com facilitates every phase of the transaction with emphasis on speed and simplicity. The user is highly intuitive. SilentNotary uses technology for its intended purpose: to enforce trust. Proven technology building a solid wall of trust, this is the basis on which the company was founded.

The Blockchain Is Already Changing The World

So often when new technology first becomes available, all the talk is about potential. In the case of blockchain, the future is not about hyperbola; it is happening today and SilentNotary is on the front edge.

According to Cryptocoins News, The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has laid claim to “becoming the world’s first government entity to adopt Blockchain technology.”

In a first-of-its-kind in the global real estate sector, the Dubai Land Department — the government arm responsible for the registration and organization of real estate in the emirate — is now processing and implementing all transactions on a blockchain. The ultimate goal will see all Dubai properties recorded on a blockchain within 2–3 years.

And Dubai is not alone. A new project piloted in West Africa, called Bitland is using blockchain technology as a decentralized land registry.

Having faith in the tamper-resistant nature of distributed ledgers, the project hopes to give African citizens a better method to survey land and record title deeds using blockchain technology. It will engage 28 communities in Kumasi Ghana and provide immutable records of ownership to those who normally would have difficulty.

Not Just For Third World Countries

Consider this headline: “Ukrainian Government to Start Blockchain Land Registry Trial in October” (2017).

Please don’t jump to the conclusion that SilentNotary’s technology is only suitable for third world countries. In June 2016, the Swedish Mapping Company and Land Registration Authority (Lantmateriet) issued a report observing how blockchain technology is one of the strongest forces of change in society.

The Evidence is Everywhere

Blockchain technology is progressing on a faster growth curve than life changing things like the mobile communications or even the iPhone.

SilentNotary.com is positioned in the sweet spot to capitalize on this forceful wave. The ICO is set for November so the time to register your interest will be coming to a close soon. The founders and entire management team invite you to join them on the journey.
