Silicon Slopes Calendar

The Silicon Slopes Calendar is published and distributed annually to highlight Utah tech companies and the community’s achievements over the past 12 months.

Silicon Slopes has created a unique community platform that fosters a collaborative support environment for every entrepreneur in Utah. It’s our belief that a community is at its best when it’s relentlessly inclusive and the opportunity to be heard and comfortably participate is democratized. Part of our overall mission is to give every Utah entrepreneur a voice and an extensive network of support.

Startup Conversation Series

The Startup Conversation Series brings Utah’s startup community together once a month to participate in a casual conversation between some of Utah’s most prominent and compelling entrepreneurs to educate and inspire.

Silicon Slopes Breakfast

The Silicon Slopes Sessions pairs entrepreneurs with experienced mentors on a monthly basis to spend time one-on-one working through issues, sharing connections, and getting actionable and relevant advice.

Silicon Slopes Showcase

The Silicon Slopes Showcase is a quarterly event that puts startups in front of active investors to showcase their product, get advice, and make valuable connections.

Silicon Slopes believes in the power of community. We believe service is the central tenet to a healthy and vibrant community, which is why we consistently rally Utah’s startup and tech ecosystem to give back through a number of different programs and initiatives. It’s our duty to ensure the Silicon Slopes don’t rise while the rest of Utah falls or remains stagnant. While we will continuously look for ways to serve, it’s incumbent upon every member of the Silicon Slopes community to give back whenever possible. Service is the heart of our organization. Let it be the heart of our community. We at least have to try.

Startup Santa

Children in Utah need books. Two out of every three children living in low-income families and attending third grade do not read at a proficient level, and only one out of every 300 children living in low-income families has access to books. Startup Santa is a state-wide children’s book drive where Utah companies compete against each other to see who can donate the most books and support childhood literacy programs for children living in low-income families.
