We make the paperwork easier for the farmers, wholesalers, and buyers so that they can market their products at desired prices and buyers can easily find thousands of supplies. This process dramatically reduces waste and increases product freshness for millions of consumers.

What You’ll Do
As an early front-end engineer you will help us build and define our process and code base. You will be working closely with the team — sometimes pair programming — to build high-quality, modular code for complex web UI components and pages. We’ll be collaborating on a daily basis with product, design, and our back-end engineers to deliver well-designed web interfaces resulting in rich, intuitive user experiences.
Experience with any of the following tools is a plus, but we trust that the right candidate will be able to pick things up quickly.
- Our work happens in TypeScript, we use React, styled components, CSS3, and standard testing and tooling libraries.
- We write unit (Jest) and end-to-end (nightwatch) tests that are executed by our CI pipeline.
- Our design team uses Figma, and
- our back-end uses Go to serve a REST and GraphQL API.
We’re looking for candidates who can build components from scratch, can lean on their design eye, and are able to get deep into the architecture of a complex front-end app.
