The launch of SIMDAQ Platform was in September. Our users’ satisfaction demonstrates value, power, and flexibility of SIMDAQ platform because SIMDAQ helps them to deal with key industry challenges and optimize working processes. For 2 months we have been watching our platform and we have been trying to find out possible mistakes. Our development department has been working hard to introduce new functions. Our marketing department has been doing advertisement campaigns to create a stream of new users. Let’s see our progress reporting.

- Simdaq Landing Page has been updated. It is centered around a split-screen design with large images and animated transitions that happen on the scroll. There are few calls to action buttons to attract users’ attention and make them register on the platform.

- SIMDAQ mobile trading simulator is available. It provides the power to trade wherever you are. SIMDAQ trading tool is right in your pocket!

- Reverse pairs have been added. Our users have got two times more instruments for mastering trading skills! They can trade for example USD/ BTC and many others.

- SIMDAQ Platform provides new payment systems — Crypto payment system and PayPal payment system.

- The new video has been filmed to attract attention and show you all advantages of SIMDAQ Platform.

- SIMDAQ bitcointalk signature campaign is running. New participants join the campaign every day and spread information about SIMDAQ all over the world.

- Digilira airdrop has finished recently.

- SIMDAQ has been listed on CMC. The listing brings new followers and supporters to SIMDAQ Project.

- YouTube and Google advertisement campaigns are running.

In November and December, we want to cover all main aspects of the project, identify possible problems and decisions, and predict the outcome of the project.

In November and December our development work includes three steps:

- Testimonials module will be available in November. Our users’ feedback is highly appreciated. We would like them to share their experience of working with SIMDAQ Platform. We will use the information for improving our product and services. It will also help us to make newcomers sure that the product is good enough to join.

- The referral program is going to run. Implementing the program requires programming. Our developers are working on it to introduce a promo-codes system for comfortable and transparent promotions in the future.

- “Trading robots” module is being developed. As it is mentioned in our Road Map this module will be available in Q1 2019 so we have to work hard to make it ready on time.

The marketing aspect is also important. Marketing campaigns of previous months brought many new insights that can give directions for creating a successful future marketing strategy. With insightful statistics, we are able to draw concise conclusions and get a real image of how marketing needs to be done in the future. The statistics help us to look ahead and get better results.

The most important moment is getting a stream of new users. Since the launch of the platform average amount of weekly registration is between 25–45 and we want to increase it. It isn’t as easy as it sounds — we need to be realistic with our resources, time, and create a specific goal — generating a certain number of leads per month and driving more website and platform visitors.

Following our Marketing Road Map helps to realize our plans. In November and December 90% of our marketing plans will be completely done.

A fundamental aspect of the project management role is regular reporting of the current status of the project to the client. We will inform you regularly and share our updates and plans.
