BVNK Update: Invites and Charts
Update: BVNK is now focussing on providing core banking infrastructure for digital assets and fiat to financial institutions directly, and are working closely with regulators and governments to help usher in new finance.

The following is a summary of functionality that was updated or added to the BVNK web application this week:
- Contact lists and the ability to add contacts.
- Invite a user via email.
- Add an optional gift of Bitcoin to invites.
- Bitcoin price charts.
In addition, the last week has seen some great developments:
- We now have active users in 8 countries, on 2 continents.
- We have begun adding Litecoin and expect to be complete soon.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) functionality is complete and in testing.
- Our iOS application is in its final stage of testing and will be published in the next week.
There is more detail on each of the points below.
Contacts and Invites
On the BVK Dashboard, we have added a “Contacts” tab. There, users can add other members of the BVNK community or invite friends and family to join.
In addition, users can entice friends to join by sending them 0.001BTC as a gift. Simply tick the box next to the “Add Contact” button.
- Navigate to the “Contacts” tab on the BVNK Dashboard.
- Enter in the contacts email address.
- Select if a gift should be sent (you need to have enough BTC funds in your BTC account for this to work).
- The invited user will receive and invite by email.
Note: if the person is already a BVNK user, they will automatically be added to your contact list and the gift won’t be sent.
Coming soon: we will be adding the ability to send contacts cryptocurrency straight from the “Contacts” page.
Bitcoin Price Charts
We have just added the first iteration of our Bitcoin price charts.
These will improve on a weekly basis so keep checking back!
