Testing SimpleChain Performance

Recently, the VeraxChain team and the SimpleChain team conducted an internal test on the performance of both chains.
VeraxChain is a judicial consortium blockchain, and SimpleChain is a public chain. The tech and the consensus mechanisms of the two are very different.
The purpose of this test is to see whether sub-chains of SimpleChain can meet the performance requirements of the current data amount on VeraxChain. The max TPS of two chains were tested under the same testing environment.
Test results: Max TPS of VeraxChain reached 7,500 and max TPS SimpleChain reached 4,000.
Given the differences in the mechanism and performance of public chains and consortium blockchains, a max TPS of 4,000 for a public chain is already a very good result.
Consensus comes from competition and collision. I look forward to the development of these two teams.
About SimpleChain
SimpleChain is a PoW main chain with flexible sub-chains. Different sub-chains can adopt different kinds of consensus and block data structure as needed, to support a variety of applications and use cases on blockchain. Sub-chains also support sharding to improve performance. We have launched the mainnet beta version in January (see blockchain browser), and we will be launching mainnet official version 1.0 in Q3 this year. Also, our codes are open-sourced on Github.
