Fighting Cornoavirus: SimpleChain Foundation Donating Hazmat Suits to Hospitals
In the Spring Festival of 2020, the outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) swept across China. SimpleChain Foundation and Dataqin are donating 10,000 Hazmat suits to Wuhan JiuZhouTong Nursing Home, The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of medicine, Zhejiang University School of Medicine Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang Univsersity School of Medicine Children’s Hospital and other hospitals in Zhejiang province.
In the face of this coronavirus outbreak, the SimpleChain Foundation mobilized personnel and community members around the world to arrange medical resources. We are grateful to have received assistance and support from community members from various countries/regions including Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom and Poland. Dataqin, an active member of the SimpleChain tech community, was able to purchase 10,000 Hazmat suits, and it will provide technical support for a tracking platform to track all donations.
SimpleChain charity sale and SIPC donation has received a lot of support from inside the SimpleChain communtiy (See below for community donation list), as well as outside.
Dataqin has developed Material Tracebility Platform, a WeChat mini-program that displays all donations that are recorded and tracked on the blockchain, and every donator will receive a donation certificate.
