Meeting Minutes
There are 5 founding members in the Foundation Council. During the recent election, 9 members were added to the Foundation Council. The total number of Council members in the Foundation is 14.
Council members can recommend lifetime honorary Council member candidates that have achieved notable success in different industries and have great potential to facilitate the development of the SimpleChain ecosystem.
54,360 SIPC raised in the Council election will be used towards getting SIPC listed on a new exchange. There are plans to raise funds from the community to support the development of the SimpleChain ecosystem.

Krzysztof Piech: Consultant for Poland government for many years; Pitch SimpleChain to government sectors for digitalization of the local judicial system and blockchain for agriculture projects
Mehdi Ghane/Kevin Wen: Based in Middle East and Central Asia, cooperate with mainstream development teams to boost applications; establish SIPC miner sales channels; target ICT and finance students with blockchain developer training courses based on SimpleChain
Edozie Izegbu: Blockchain Advisor for Bahama government; ties with MTN, one of the biggest telecommunications companies in Africa
Vincent Liu: Bring 700,000 members of GlobalTime into the blockchain world and SimpleChain ecosystem
Song Xue: Continue to serve miners; connections with DEX
Zhilin Liu: Establish SimpleChain city node in England

Inclusiveness, Openness, Transparency
This has always been the principle of the SimpleChain Foundation and its Council. The SimpleChain Foundation is a non-profit organization for SimpleChain, a supporter and promoter of the SimpleChain open source blockchain community. Its mission is to make SimpleChain a fully trusted ecosystem that will benefit the new global business world, while reducing costs and reducing asymmetry.
In 2019, we witnessed the rapid expansion of the SimpleChain community, as well as the implementation of SimpleChain applications in various fields. In 2020, during the second year of the SimpleChain Foundation’s operation, 9 new Council members were added through the recent election. All 14 Council members will use their knowledge, talents and resources to facilitate the Foundation, inspire the community, and advance SimpleChain technology promotion, application implementation, community development and ecosystem construction.
To speed up the development of the SimpleChain ecosystem, upon the unanimous agreement of the Council, funds raised in the recent election will be invested in the Foundation development fund, which will be used for overseas market expansion, exchange listing and community incentives.
Based on the Foundation’s core concept of “Inclusiveness, Openness and Transparency”, and the open source spirit of the blockchain community, we hereby disclose the address of the SimpleChain Foundation(Address: 0x992ec45ae0d2d2fcf97f4417cfd3f80505862fbc), and we welcome community members to contribute to the development of the SimpleChain ecosystem.

About SimpleChain
The mission of SimpleChain is to simplify the blockchain for business.
SimpleChain is a PoW main chain with flexible sub-chains. Different sub-chains can adopt different kinds of consensus and block data structure as needed, to enable a variety of applications and use cases on blockchain. Sharding is also implemented to improve performance. This double-layered structure of one main chain and multiple sub-chains can fuel various applications while ensuring the consistency of the network.
Built on VeraxChain, SimpleChain’s first sub-chain, Baoquan.com provides record keeping services which serves to keep records of online data and authenticate electronic evidence. In June 2018, Hangzhou Internet Court of China judged a case of copyright dispute based on data stored on Baoquan.com. For the first time in China, the legal effect of the electronic data stored on blockchain is recognized in the judicial system.
