Since its launch on January 4th, SimpleChain mainnet has been running steadily. Up until November 10th, the amount of total addresses on SimpleChain is 10,614. Average peak computing power is 226.598GH/S, and average peak difficulty is 2884G. The amount of total transactions is 118,797.

Wuzhen 2019 World Blockchain Forum Keep MOVing Meetup
On January 8th, SimpleChain Foundation core board member & Calforce Holding CEO Leo Yu was invited to attend Keep MOVing meetup, part of Wuzhen 2019 World Blockchain Forum. Leo joined a roundtable discussion on blockchain business applications and building trust for a digital society. Leo said that SimpleChain is exploring more possibilities of blockchain business applications, and we already have successful use cases in judicial evidence deposition, copyright, entertainment and payment.
Judicial evidence deposition: In China’s first case to accept blockchain-authenticated evidence, the evidence was deposited and authenticated on VeraxChain (SimpleChain’s first judicial sub-chain). VeraxChain has partnered with several law firms and forensic authentication organizations, and has close relationships with three Internet courts in China and China’s first online notary service. A 5.0 version of VeraxChain assessment report is soon to be released by China Electronics Standardization Institute.
Copyright: VeraxChain is currently providing “blockchain +” deposition services for several Chinse media companies, including Weiquan Qishi, Haojubang and 8BTC. We’ve also formed strategic partnership with Banqu, an online reading and copyright investment platform.
Entertainment: Overseas gaming platform GWC built a rating system on SimpleChain, which allows users to rate games and their production teams and gain bonuses from game operations.
Payment: The SimpleChain team and a Zhejiang University startup team made the world’s first blockchain smart coffee machine, which is now available in some startups and shared workspace. The coffee machine supports SIPC payment.
This year’s Wuzhen World Blockchain Forum is themed “Limitless Applications”, with 6 panel discussions covering topics ranging from blockchain technology and its applications, decentralized finance, crypto investment, as well as regulatory issues. Over 130 guests have attended, including representatives from Ant Financial, Tencent, Baidu, Canaan, China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, Huawei and ZTE.
