…..your thoughts.

…..your outlook.

…..your focus.

…..your mindset.

Leveraging Power Words

Elevate is a word that conjures positive imagery. Just saying the word makes me want to up my game, in some way. We can leverage words like this, to support change in our own lives. Using them as positivity mantras, or reminders.

Not sure where to start?

Try using ‘elevate’, or any of the examples below, and then think about applying that word across different areas in your life. Come up with your own combinations, introduce your own power words.

  • Simplify (…problems/ …work/ ….routine/ ….life)
  • Let go (…of stress/ ….of anger/ …of judging/ ….of comparisons)
  • Reduce (…clutter/ …..drama/ …..negativity)
  • Easy (…..not hard/ ….in yourself/ …..on others)
  • Calm (……your mind/ …down/ ….is contagious)
  • Slow (….down/ …..living/ …….and easy)
  • Strive (….to do better/ ….to do our best)

Leverage the power in words and the positive imagery that can come from them. They may be just the lift you need.
