Kindness,

Open mind and open heart,

Strength

In a world of getting ahead, scoring points and beating things into submission, we can forget about the quieter arts. Kindness is one such trait.

Kindness can help others.

Kindness can bring joy where there was none.

Kindness can bring hope where there was little.

Small Acts of Kindness Add Up

Not every act of kindness has to be large or grand. Taking a neighbour’s rubbish in, making time to listen to a friend’s troubles over coffee, a smile and thank you to the bus driver that has just gotten you where you need to go.

They all count, they all add up and they all make a difference.

Kindness can build bridges.

Kindness is powerful.

Kindness is strength.
