Finally, after eight years of its initial announcement CD Projekt Red released its most-awaited and highly anticipated game cyberpunk 2077. After countless delays, the game finally made its way to store shelves on Dec 9th, 2020. It is available across all platforms including current and next-gen gaming consoles as well as for PCs.

Everything seemed fine at first so what went wrong why is everybody complaining so much about this game, after all, it was the most hyped game of this year.

Well if you were lucky enough to get your hands on next-gen gaming consoles or have a high-end gaming PC you might be enjoying it smoothly without any interruptions, but if you are an average gamer with a current-gen gaming console specifically a base ps4 or an Xbox one well then you are in a roller coaster of frustration and anxiety.

As the game is flooded with glitches and bugs which makes the game pretty much unplayable. From the horrible graphical glitches to the game crashes to blurry low resolution and an unexplained collision engine it’s a nightmare. It’s upsetting that no clear mention of how the game will perform on base models of current-gen gaming consoles was made,Only PC version game-play of this game was made available for the viewers before the final retail product was released.

People like us feel that they were robbed out of their money because most of the casual gamers still owns there ps4 and Xbox one consoles and it makes up a large market share.

So now the question arises what Cd Projekt red is doing about this horrific situation. After all, they are a well-reputed company.

Well as of Dec 14th, 2020 the company released an apologetic statement to all its buyers stating that the company was not clear on its working situation for the current-gen gaming console and didn’t allow buyers to make a rational decision before buying this game.

The company is offering full refunds to the people who just want their money back and has also announced a series of patches and updates early as next January to improve the game-play and make the experience worthwhile.

So it is now up to us gamers to decide that we want our money back and wait for the game to get better with time or we want to kill this game once it for all.
