Well, I am a tech-oriented guy myself but I don’t like to spend extra cash on flashy things because they are mostly gimmicks with nothing new and cool to offer but we are not here to talk about that What we are here to discuss is the new innovative display made by Samsung. This summer Samsung launched its odyssey g9 gaming monitor.
First thoughts after looking at this thing were ‘damn that’s a big display for a pro gamer’ this thing is huge and curved and it wraps itself around your entire field of view to provide you with the full immersive experience as a gamer with minimal eye strain.
Its specs are not unique in this day and age as we have seen 49" curved monitors before or displays at this (5120 x 1440-pixel) high resolution but what makes it different is its 240Hz per 1ms refresh rate speed with G-Sync and FreeSync 2. The Qled display that just makes every bit of color pixel 125% better with every frame and it comes with Samsung 1000 hdr which brings new depth to every world you want to explore. It is literally a dream for every gamer as its 49" DQHD display brings you the display of two QHD monitors sitting side by side and if somehow if you are still not sold on everything I just said well it has RGB lights and a headset holder at its back panel.
In short, if you are a true gamer and wants to outshine every other competitor in the field at the enemy line then this is the finest piece of tech you will get at this point in time but if you are an average joe and just wants to do your paperwork and watch some NetFlix then its simply not your cup of tea.
