This is not a fast snack to make. It takes quite a while to chop the palm sugar, extract the Pandan water, to steam the coconut to prevent it from being spoilt too easily and to wrap them up easily and without getting them burst halfway! This is a difficult task especially with my little ones around! Nonetheless, still manage to get the snack out with some help…
