Honey Oatmeal Bread Recipe

Start with a poolish mix — Mixture 1

Poolish Ingredients

Create your oat base — Mixture 2

Oatmeal base ingredients

Mix it all together

Remaining ingredient

Knead the dough — this is not scary, I promise!

Bake the bread
