SimplyRETS — A Modern Platform for Building Real Estate Apps

I’m proud to announce that SimplyRETS has released a streamlined app registration process which will make it easier than ever to build software applications using real estate data. We have also released two shiny new SDK’s for Python and Ruby on github to provide a familiar and flexible toolkit for all developers.

To get started, all you need to do is create a SimplyRETS account. Once you are logged in, you will have access to a trial app with a set of free API credentials. If you’re not the developer type, don’t worry. You can check out our Wordpress Plugin which will set up the connection for you (it’s that easy).

SimplyRETS provides a platform for creating rich software applications using property listing data across the U.S. and Canada with the most up-to-date listings directly from the source. Our primary goal is to significantly lower the barrier of entry for developers interested in working with real estate data and dramatically reduce the amount of time it takes to deliver.
