Here is a step by step guide to switch your account to a business account.

Select your profile from the profile icon on the bottom right side. And click the options button on the top right side and scroll down to the account section.

Select the option ‘Switch to business profile’ and follow the Instructions by clicking on ‘Continue’.

Connect your Instagram account with the respective Facebook page.

If you don’t have a Facebook page you’ll have to create one. Business profiles in the Instagram have to be connected with their Facebook pages.

Next, set up your business profile by adding your email address, contact number, and location. Click ‘done’ to finish the process.

You can view an analytics icon on the top right side of your page using which you could get the insights of your account and posts.

Get started with the new business tools like promotions and insights about your posts and followers.
