Here’s a user guide to help you get started managing your social media effectively with SinglePost.

Create SinglePost Account

To create your SinglePost account,

  1. Click Sign Up button on the top right corner of https://www.singlepost.com or click here.
  2. Choose your favorite sign up option and enter your details.
  3. Verify your account.
  4. Connect your social profiles and pages; and you’re ready to go.

Login

  1. Click here or click the Login button on the top right corner of https://www.singlepost.com.
  2. Click the option you chose to Sign up.
  3. Enter you details, and done.

Post on Social Media

To post on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+ using SinglePost,

  1. Design and compose(create) your post from SinglePost dashboard.
  2. Schedule /publish post on the profiles you want.

Instagram works a bit different from other platforms. To successfully publish your post on Instagram you’ll need SinglePost app for iOS or Android in your mobile.

To post on Instagram,

  1. Design and compose the post from compose page on SinglePost dashboard.
  2. Schedule / publish the post on the profiles you want to.
  3. Receive a push notification on your mobile app at the posting time.
  4. Tap the push notification or open the post from your app.
  5. Tap the ‘Post to Instagram’ button, paste your caption on the clipboard, share on Instagram and complete posting.

Design your social media post

Create stunning designs for your social media posts with the design feature. Here we have all that you can do to make your posts look attractive. To design a post,

  1. Click on create new canvas on the design page.
  2. Choose the resolution you need for your design.
  3. Create your design using our tools, images, templates, or your uploaded images.
  4. Click post button to take it to the compose page and complete posting.

Instead of posting your design directly on social media, you can save it as draft, download as an image or save as template.

Invite a team member

You can add team members to help you in managing your SinglePost account. Assign the profiles which you want them to handle and they’ll only get access to those profiles. You can either add a member as Editor who can only create and edit post, or as Admin who can also publish the post.

To add a team member,

  1. On the teams page, enter the name & email address of the member.
  2. Click ‘Invite’ button to send the invitation.

Your invitation email is sent, and as soon as they accepts it from the mail you’ve got a team member.

Connect more Social Accounts

You can connect your social profiles and pages at the time of your Sign Up. If you had skipped that step or you want to connect more,

  1. Go to accounts page, click add account.
  2. From the pop up, you can add as many profiles and pages from different platforms.
  3. To connect your profiles, make sure you’re logged in on the connecting profiles on the device

Mobile App

SinglePost mobile application helps you to manage your Instagram profile much easier. You can publish your posts on Instagram only with the help of SinglePost mobile application for iOS and Android. You can download the app from your device’s store or,

  1. Click here to download SinglePost app for iOS.
  2. Click here to download SinglePost app for Android.

SinglePost Hacks

Trail Tweet: If needed tweet beyond the 280 character limit on twitter by trail tweet feature.

Profile Grouping: Unite your profiles to different groups so that you can easily select the groups to post.

Split composer: With this feature you can edit a post independently on different platform.
