snglsDAO 102: How to Stake SNGLS on the DAO for Membership Protocol

Now that we’ve covered how to obtain SGT and gain reputation, let’s move on to the next steps: how to stake your SNGLS to gain a membership in the SNGLS Media Distribution Protocol.

If you don’t have SNGLS already, you can obtain them via Uniswap in much the same way that we learned to obtain SGT in the first installment of this series.

Once you have SNGLS, you can then move on learning how to stake them. Here’s how:

Step 1. Go to the snglsDAO at https://app.snglsdao.io

Step 2. Connect your wallet to the app by clicking “Login” in the top right corner.

Step 3. Click on the “Protocol Membership” section in the left navigation.

Step 4. Now it’s time to actually stake your SNGLS.

1. Enter the amount of SNGLS you would like to stake (a minimum of 1,500).
2. Click the red “Stake” button and click “Yes” on the window that pops up.
3. Confirm the gas fee and wait for the transaction to process.

Once the transaction is made, your SNGLS will be frozen for 7 days on the DAO, and you will begin staking on the platform.
