Singular is happy to announce a new partnership with Yelp and Yelp Eat24! With their strong presence on both mobile and desktop, this partnership represents a great opportunity for the Singular team to help Yelp scale their user acquisition efforts in an omni-channel world. Though they have some pretty tough marketing challenges, we look forward to solving their key pain points and to positively impacting their marketing strategy along the way.

At the onset, it was clear that the marketing obstacles Yelp faced were no small items to be ignored. With two apps’ worth of cost data to analyze, Yelp needed a solution that would make it easy to analyze trends and identify successes and problems in active campaigns. They wanted a tool that could handle all their data automation and make spend analysis easier, with an assuredness of data accuracy and processes in place to prevent data discrepancy. Yelp found all that and more with Singular; we were also able to increase the amount of Yelp’s spend data that was successfully mapped to attribution data by more than 3x, and exposed ROI and CPA on campaign, channel, and creative levels.
