Congratulations to everyone! Today SDAO has reached its semi anniversary! It’s been six months to the day since our token launched and we have already achieved so much in that time. With an initial wallet count of around 900 individual wallets, we have since grown tremendously as you will see below. The team has been building non-stop with a number of product launches from bonded staking pools to the imminent arrival of our first token launch on the launchpad. Many milestones have already been reached and we are just getting started! Let’s take a look at some current figures that show what’s been going on at SingularityDAO.
Growth
Individual wallets rose to an ATH of 7,570 at the time of writing, demonstrating steady growth in the use of our platform. Since we first launched our app a little over 3 months ago TVL (total value locked) and the overall percentage of circulating supply staked has been rising even as the token release continues. We couldn’t be happier with these results and thank you all for your continued faith in us, as demonstrated by these numbers.
Epoch 2
With Epoch 2 we opened a new 6-month bonded staking pool with a max cap of 5mil and an APY of 50.71%.
We also rolled over our Epoch 1 staking pool while increasing the length slightly to 3-months and increasing the max cap from 3.25mil to 5mil in line with the size of the 6-month pool. This pool closed with a very attractive 40.28% APY.
We are incredibly pleased with not only the smoothness of the transition but also the enthusiasm and level of engagement the community displayed during the transition period.
Finally the unbonded staking pool reward increased slightly to 270,000 SDAO while at the same time a number of stakers left to join Bonded Staking. This has resulted in an amazing 34.5% APY!
Epoch 0 Clean-up
Again, we would like to take this moment to remind those who joined the staking pools, provided liquidity or took part in yield farming during Epoch 0 (before August 18th), that there are still around 100,000 SDAO locked in Epoch 0. We have noted that many of you were having difficulty finding where to withdraw those tokens, so for the time being we have moved it to the first page in the ‘Stake Unbonded’ tab. Don’t let your SDAO sit there going to waste! Remember that if they are in Epoch 0 they are not earning rewards!
SDAO in Q4 & Beyond
Our launchpad has passed Audits and is now being prepared for the launch of NuNet; don’t forget you will need to prepare the currency you selected when completing KYC — either USDT or WETH.
The rest of the team are still working hard assembling the other pieces of the full SDAO DeFi experience. We are in the later stages of preparing the bridges to Binance Smart Chain and Polygon. You can expect to see these very soon. (Expect more news on additional bridges to follow along shortly)
In the near future we will also be calling on you to display the power of the SingularityDAO community by participating in our first governance voting event.
No update would be complete without mentioning DynaSets. While not wanting to give too much away right now, you can expect an exciting few weeks in the run up to Christmas and of course beyond, into the New Year!
