As a celebration of International Women’s Day, Sinofy was proud to host Innovation #3: Celebrating International Women’s Day with Boss Women in Tech.
Bringing together the powerful women disrupting the blockchain space to discuss this new and vibrant economy, the event was a true demonstration of the power of Web3 and the incredible women inside it.

This year, International Women’s Day was marked with women striking an “x” to show solidarity for this years’ theme #BreaktheBias — a campaign which spotlights the individual and collective biases against women that fuel gender inequality.
Sinofy is proud to be breaking the bias and be host to an incredible family of intelligent, determined and diverse women in tech who are disrupting the industry. Women-dominated tech companies are rare, with stereotyping, funding, bias just a few of barriers women face when entering male-dominated industries. We are proud to be supporting these powerful women who push these barriers to make it to the top, inside and out of Sinofy.
We are honoured that our own CEO, Catie Romero-Finger, has been featured on Glass Digital LDT’s ‘Celebrating women in digital and tech’.
With over 15 years of experience and joining Sinofy early this year, Catie has made a substantial contribution to Sinofy’s internal, external, and business processes, growing our clients’ network in the UK and US regions, and conveying our narrative globally. We are incredibly proud to have her on the team.
