- Nigel Morris, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Americas, hosted an insightful session with Shop Direct on digital economy marketing at Advertising Week Europe.
- gyro released a report with The Drum on driving sustainability in marketing.
- Isobar was named a leader in the 2017 Gartner ‘Magic Quadrant for Global Digital Marketing Agencies’ for a 3rd time.

- The Home Shopping Network named 360i US as its Digital Agency of Record to drive demand on digital and mobile channels.
- Dentsu Aegis welcomed Grant Group, Sri Lanka’s largest independent creative agency, to the network.
- Posterscope UK launched ‘Dynamic Scheduling’, an AI-powered feature that will open up the benefits of programmatic to brands running campaigns of any size.
- Vizeum UK was appointed to handle the media planning and buying for Vice Media.
- Firstborn US was named Agency of record for Tauck, a company focused on high-end personalised travel.
- Fountainhead | MKTG unified its Activations and Digital teams in India to focus on even more immersive and interactive brand experiences.
People
- Merkle named Zhengda Shen as President for Asia-Pacific.
- Carat Germany named Christiane Schicker as Managing Director.
- Olivier Sebag was appointed CEO of Isobar France.
- Belinda Green was promoted to Head of Planning for gyro APAC.
- Paulo Sant’Anna was appointed Media Vice President of mcgarrybowen Brazil.
- Carat Australia appointed Brendan Cropper as Chief Data Experience Officer.

- Isobar Budapest hosted the first EMEA Digital Creative Programme of 2017, a two-day event focused on service design with top creatives from across Isobar.
- Dentsu Aegis had a strong presence at Advertising Week Europe, and shared key takeaways from the event.
- Isobar Australia was named Digital Agency of the Year by AdNews.
- Carat US won three golds and a silver at the Internationalist Awards for Innovation in Media.
- Dentsu Tokyo was named Adfest 2017 Agency of The Year.
- 360i’s President Jared Belsky and Managing Director of Carat US Kristy Kzlowski were both named in Ad Age’s 40 under 40 list.
- Carat US distilled the top 10 must-know trends from SXSW 2017.
- Dentsu Aegis Network’s International Women’s Day campaign #ConquerTheDivide gained 3.7 million impressions on social media with 1,283 posts. 35 countries and 16 brands from across the network took part while 28 thought leaders shared their personal pledges on the Global Medium Blog.
CSR
- Nigel Morris, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Americas, hosted an inspiring session at the Global Leadership Conference on adopting a society-first mindset, and how the network is building a digital economy that works for everyone.
- On International Women’s Day 360i created an initiative #EqualVoices to amplify the voices of women who were unable to march or strike.
- Dentsu Aegis Network India launched new CSR consultancy InDeed, an advisory enabling companies to make meaningful CSR investments.
