Azure Function vs Netlify Function

Serverless is here to stay whether we like it or not.

The idea of only paying for time & resources used and auto-scaling without worrying about server resources is quite appealing.

Azure and Netlify functions are among most popular serverless technologies today. Netlify has been gaining quite a traction among new developers due to it’s easiness of deployment.

I have listed of some of the major differences between those technologies from my experience.

So, which one is the best?

Obviously it depends on what your requirements. If you need kafkatrigger or timetrigger, Azure function is your choice.

But, if you need something simple and only need to support http calls, then Netlify is the best option.
