The SIU Alumni Association announces their 2020–2021 Student Alumni Council Officers

The SIU Alumni Association’s Student Alumni Council has announced their 2020- 2021 Officers. President will be Alyssa Roimiser, Vice President will be Nicole Gray and Secretary will be Kierra Grier. Congratulations to all.

SAC President Alyssa Roimiser is a Senior majoring in Communication Studies and Marketing.

“As the 2020–2021 President of the Student Alumni Council, through collaboration and determination, I plan to develop a strong culture among our members. Our group will always extend the message, “Once a Saluki, always a Saluki”.

Also, I desire to encourage and grow relationships among past, present, and future students, enrich their SIU experience through programming, service, and networking, and inspire Saluki pride that will last a lifetime.

I am extremely excited to execute these plans during the upcoming school year and I am vastly grateful for this opportunity.”

SAC Vice President Nicole Gray is a Sophomore majoring in Accounting and Marketing.

“I am excited to return to campus this fall and take on the role of Vice President of the Student Alumni Council. I hope to use the upcoming year to create a fun, positive environment for every member in the organization and work together as a team to set and achieve our goals.

SAC Secretary Kierra Greer is a Junior majoring in Social Work.

“Hi, my name is Kierra Greer. I’m looking forward to the upcoming school year. I hope to encourage more student engagement this year.”
