How the hell is this not a bigger hit on classic rock radio? Seriously? It’s a hook-laden tune with a serious southern vibe, interesting rhyme scheme, decent story underneath, and a riff that would kill when sandwiched between Tom Petty and Pink Floyd.

It rocks without being heavy. It drives without being frenetic. It sounds great on a radio yet isn’t so delicate that you can’t just crank it up in the car. The video is clearly a “have some friends come over on Saturday” sort of production that just shoots a whole lot of non-sequiturs, but it works just fine. This one belongs in any good classic rock playlist.
