Burdened by problems? Gratitude builds anew.

Life’s challenges and problems suppress our natural growth and happiness. Our life gardens can become overgrown with despair and negativity. If we allow them, they will settle nicely into our lives.

Look past the crumbling exterior walls and overgrown problem bushes in your garden of life. Look for that magic spark of hope living in your dreams — find it, and recharge your ideas by weeding out negativity from your life.

I struggle with loneliness and negativity during the December months as I live far away from family and friends. I plan to focus on daily gratitude to rebuild my life garden during December, one small step at a time.

We owe ourselves a breather and kindness daily in life’s rat race.
