Plant firmly, then water in well.
The instructions are simple, but you need lots of patience.
First, add some soil, followed by a seed.
Water it with lots of love and care.
Soon you’ll see a sprout and have a brand new puppy to love.
I was heading out of the shops at a fast trot when I saw this puppy sitting with his owner in a planter.
Attracted-to-puppies-Sandi thought, “Awww, how sweet.”
Paying-attention-to-small-details-Sandi thought, “He’s got the same markings as Rotto. If Rotto had upright ears, that is.”
Writerly-Sandi piped up with, “There’s a story in that.” Which was followed swiftly by a title and six words.
And bam, just like that, I had to turn around and ask if I could take a photo.
