Zoodles replace spaghetti in my heart.

I became vegan in April of this year—well, mostly—about 98.765% vegan, to be precise. I aim to choose foods that are kind to our oceans, communities, and the environment. It’s not about perfection but about making choices that align with my values.

This week, in a divine dinner with a friend, I opted for a zucchini noodle dish, and it was sooo delicious.

I know I can’t change the world with what I eat, but I love how I feel when I make mindful choices. Every meal is an opportunity to nourish my body and make a small, positive impact, and that feels pretty great.
