Building relationships takes time and patience.
Building relationships is like constructing a building. It not only takes time it also needs patience. You have to spend a lot of time building a foundation in life.
Everyone needs relationships in life. They require patience and can be related to constructing a building with bricks and mortar.
Strong, lasting relationships, whether personal or professional, are a very thoughtful investment, but they do not happen overnight.
They are cultivated through shared experiences, mutual understanding, and the willingness to face challenges together. A building was being constructed close to my house.
It was taking a long time to get ready. I went in to see and could imagine the amount of work. The supervisor was very patient. He took me around the place that was being constructed.
I saw a lot of mud around the place. He told me that the foundation has to be very strong, so first, the ground has to be dug, then filled, and only then can you begin to construct anything.
