Swan and cygnets glide, reflections dance.
These cygnets are just about to come into their own, yet you can still see the dull colouring and rough baby feathers of a youngster. It’s not hard to understand how the story of The Ugly Duckling came into being.
Cygnets really do undergo a magical transformation to become adult swans.
April “Reflect” Challenge Conclusion
WOW! Once again, the SWPSC family has picked up the gauntlet and submitted some stunning images and stories this month. With a fabulous mix of actual reflections and inner musings, it was extremely hard to limit my picks to just six. (I’m not naughty like Vidya — I don’t try to sneak extras in, but gee, was I tempted!!) Note by Vidya: Vidya read this and was shocked. Note from Mary: Yikes, I picked last this round — and I see both Sandi and Vidya already picked some of MY faves, but maybe I’ll steal them back (insert evil laugh here).
Without further ado, here are my highlights for a reflective month!
