August Six Word Photo Story Challenge: “Food”
Fall can’t be very far away.
I took this photo in Marblehead, Massachusetts, four days ago. Rebecca and I were visiting her daughter Emily and her family. In the late afternoon, we would sit on their front porch and enjoy the dog walkers and those returning from the harbor right around the corner. Interestingly, we were also under a landing flight path for Boston’s International Airport, one jet every 23 seconds.
While gazing upward, we noticed our friend with a backpack full of walnuts in her mouth. I followed her along the telephone wire to a tree a half block away. She leaped onto a branch and disappeared into the leaves until I caught a rustle toward the tree’s apex.
Ten minutes later, she did it all again.
