Shunned by everyone, shoeless and hungry.

Copenhagen has a lot of statues put up in public spaces. Most of them are of people and animals displaying different emotions. This status was striking because of the sense of despair that shows in the man’s body language and on his face. The City is famous for the statue of the Mermaid. The rest are equally noteworthy.
